Josaphat Kuntsevych (1580 – 12.11.1623) is a martyr and saint of the Catholic Church, born in Volodymyr-Volynskyi in the region of Volhynia in 1580; he was killed in Vitebsk, 12 November 1623.

 

There is a memorial tablet on the Holy Trinity church in Vilnius honouring Josaphat's stay. The sing in Ukrainian and Lithuanian sais: "У церкві Пресвятої Тройці 13 років свого подвижницького життя провів святий Йосафат Кунцевич - апостол єдності церков. Загинув мученицькою смертю року Божого 1623".
